With a soft tinkling sound, the prayer bell reminds you where to turn when questions arise.
Sometimes we bring our cares to the world, hoping to find empathy or agreement with our problems from a friend. I know I'm often guilty of looking for support for my needs and complaining rather than going to the Lord in prayer. How easy it is to forget where to turn in the daily busy-ness of life, whether it's in joy, hurt, confusion, exhaustion or just waiting. Do you need help remembering where to turn too?
Matthew 6:19-21 says, "do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in a steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also."
